From the original warehouse in Denton to what Lemma is today, our focus has always been quality and hospitality. I (Daniel Baum) started Lemma Coffee Co. in 2017. Our early days were spent working farmers markets and attending events with our coffee truck (rip).

In 2019 Lemma opened a cafe in downtown Carrollton. As someone who grew up in the area, I felt the area lacked a specialty coffee experience. Opening this shop allowed us to be in total control of how our coffee is served and represented.

Today Lemma operates three cafes in Carrollton, Frisco, and Plano, and our production facility is in Coppell. Here we train, roast, and host events. This company wouldn’t be where it is without the relentless effort of our incredible staff, wholesale partners, and the support of our customers and friends.
