Every third Tuesday of the month, we host our Advanced Barista class. This class will go into detail on espresso parameters to establish foundational skills with dialing in, tasting coffee, pouring finesse, and how a lead barista / key holder should conduct themselves during a shift.

This class is built around Lemma’s standards on bar. We use these classes as preparation for our Keyholder evaluations.
