This coffee comes in a unique 7oz package (whole bean only).

Pink Bourbon Punch is produced by Wilder Lasso out of San Adolfo, Huila Colombia. This coffee (solely made up of Pink Bourbon varietal) goes through a 100-hour anaerobic fermentation in cherry form. To develop sweet and complex flavors, Wilder puts the cherries in sealed plastic barrels with cold water. Once the anaerobic process is complete, the cherries are sun-dried for 20 days. The last step is storing the cherries in plastic bags for 30 days before sending everything to the dry mill.
