Alright, folks, we’ve got a very limited and special coffee here for you. Chances are you’ve seen the name Rodrigo Sanchez on our bar before as we’re quite a fan of his work. This coffee comes from his newest farm, Las Veraneras which is located in the Peñas Blancas mountain range in the municipality of Acevedo and Pitalito. This farm is a legacy project for Rodrigo, a place where he will leave his greatest knowledge acquired over a life dedicated to coffee. This coffee in particular comes from native Ethiopian varietals (also called Heirloom). After the coffee is harvested, it’s anaerobically fermented for 30 hours, then pulped and anaerobically fermented again for 85 hours. Expect a vividly sweet cup with tropical flavor. It’s an incredible coffee that we’re excited to share with you.
